Q: I've just applied and received my AC Movie Pass ID, but it's not working.
A: Once you apply for an AC Movie Pass ID, it can take up to 30 seconds to process your information. Upon approval, a confirmation page will appear on your computer screen. We'll send you a confirmation e-mail along with your new AC Movie Pass ID. Please remember that your ID is case sensitive, and you must enter it exactly as it is displayed. If you are still experiencing problems, you can try upgrading to the most recent versions of your internet browser.

A: The charge on your credit card statement labeled "ACMP +1 800 679-7110" is for the use of AC Movie Pass services. You are automatically billed $24.95 month unless you cancel your membership. If you have any questions regarding this charge, please contact us at one of the numbers below. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: I forgot my AC Movie Pass ID?
A: If you've forgotten your ID, go to our Contact Page and send us an email with the subject heading "I forgot my AC Movie Pass ID." Fill out the information as completely as possible and submit it to us. Upon verification, we'll forward your ID to your email address.

Q: How do I use my AC Movie Pass ID?
A: Using AC Movie Pass is simple and convenient. With a valid ID, you'll gain access to thousands of video feeds in dozens of different genres. Simply enter your valid ID into the member login box and press the login button. Remember, it is case sensitive so you must enter it exactly as it was given to you. Once we verify your account you'll be forwarded to our Member's Area, which features an organized listing of all our available videos. Chose which genre of feeds you'd like to view. Then sit back and enjoy quality entertainment!

Q: I am using dial-up service and I cannot view the feeds, what can I do?
A:After choosing the video that you would like to view choose the 56k connection, this should allow you to view the videos. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
